Built at the front desk.
Now it runs from the cloud.

PatientOne started as the desktop software running OPD counters, pharmacy windows, and lab desks inside real hospitals and nursing homes — for almost seventeen years. We've rebuilt it as one cloud platform for hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic labs, and campus dispensaries.

Where this started

A hospital's back office, not a boardroom

Almost seventeen years ago, this software went live on a single desktop at a hospital's OPD counter — registering patients, printing prescriptions, running the pharmacy window. It grew, one hospital and nursing home at a time, into a full system used every day at front desks, pharmacy counters, and lab benches.

PatientOne is that same system, rebuilt from the ground up as a cloud platform — the same understanding of how a real front desk works, now available to any hospital, nursing home, diagnostic lab, or campus dispensary with an internet connection.

How it works

One patient, one thread, start to bill

The same visit, followed through every desk it touches — nothing re-entered along the way.

01

Register at the desk

Front desk creates or pulls up the patient's record in under a minute — first visit or the fiftieth.

02

See the doctor, get tested

Prescriptions, lab orders, and vitals write straight into that same record — nothing lost between rooms.

03

Pick up medicine, pay once

Pharmacy dispenses against the prescription. One bill covers the consultation, medicines, and any tests.

Every desk, one system

The modules your hospital already runs — connected

Front desk, pharmacy, lab, and clinical staff work from the same patient record instead of five different registers.

OPD REG

OPD Registration

Register a walk-in patient in under a minute, and pull up their history in seconds if they've visited before.

APPT

Appointments

Book, reschedule, and manage slots across every doctor and department, with no double-booking.

DESK

Front Desk / Reception

Token queues, patient check-in, and room or bed status, all visible from one screen.

RX

Prescription

Doctors write prescriptions digitally from any device, tied directly to the patient's record.

PHARM

Pharmacy

Stock, billing, and dispensing linked straight to the prescription — no re-typing at the counter.

LAB

Lab

Sample tracking, report entry, and results delivered straight into the patient's file.

EMR

Clinical / EMR

Vitals, notes, history, and diagnosis in one record, not five different registers.

BILL

Billing

One bill spanning OPD, pharmacy, and lab charges — no manual reconciliation at the end of the day.

Built for

Wherever patients are registered, treated, or tested

Hospitals

Multi-department OPD and IPD workflows, from registration through discharge.

Nursing Homes

Lean front desk and pharmacy operations, sized right without hospital-scale overhead.

Diagnostic Labs

Sample tracking and report delivery, standalone or connected to a hospital's records.

College & Institutional Dispensaries

Simple OPD and pharmacy for a campus health centre, sized for lower daily patient volumes.

Why it's different

Software written by people who've stood at the counter

01

One record, every department

A patient registered at the front desk is the same record the doctor prescribes against, the pharmacy dispenses against, and the lab reports into.

02

Works on ordinary internet

Front desk and pharmacy screens are built to stay usable through patchy connections, not just fast office wifi.

03

Ready for ABHA and FHIR

Patient registration supports ABHA creation and linking, with clinical records structured for FHIR — built in from the start, not bolted on later.

04

Seventeen years of real workflows

The desktop version has run OPD counters and pharmacy windows for almost two decades. PatientOne carries that forward — not a rebuild from a generic template.

Compliance

Built toward India's digital health standards

Designed around the frameworks Indian hospitals and labs are increasingly expected to support.

ABHA READYPatient health ID creation & linking at registration
HFR / HPRFacility & practitioner registry support
FHIR R4Structured clinical records for interoperability
DPDP ALIGNEDConsent capture & audit logging on patient data

Compliance requirements and rollout timelines vary by facility type and state scheme. We'll walk through what actually applies to yours.
